Meet Mario Cavolo
Serving the Asia Pacific region based in Shanghai, Mario Cavolo works with multinational clients across needs in strategic communications, media/PR training, and arts & entertainment. He serves some of the world's top global executives facing unprecedented global challenges as a trusted communications advisor as well as a performing artist in arts & entertainment.
This past quarter included engagements in Asia with eBay China, AMSC, former CNN correspondent Mike Chinoy and Vistage International. In February, 2011, Mario completed a fundraiser performance in the U.S. at the Lucy Florence Culture Center in Los Angeles benefiting Grassroots Community Network inner city at risk youth. He then appeared in Arizona's Jazz In AZ monthly artist program in Scottsdale. Mario has appeared on Bloomberg Television for his commentary on key issues related to China's ongoing economic expansion. He is a news certified media expert with NCE global news media service and designated Expert Resource Speaker for the Vistage International CEO Mentoring organization. Mr. Cavolo teams up regularly with former CNN Senior Correspondent and Asia Pacific Managing Director for News Certified Exchange, Mike Chinoy to provide media training services throughout Asia.
Mario is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce Shanghai and recently accepted appointment as an Executive Director for the Los Angeles' GRCN Flashback Theatre project. His clients include American Airlines, PPG, Alcatel-Lucent, Siemens, E-Bay, L'Oreal, Bosch, AMSC, and many more. As an artist, Mario is an avid jazz pianist treating audiences to the works of the world's legendary composers, and frequently incorporates live piano entertainment into his keynote, workshops and team-building events on communication and expression.

Mario is based in Shanghai and typically travels throughout the Asia Pacific region for client and project and engagements. One to two months per year he will be based in the U.S. or Europe for extended client assignments, projects and events.
My Definition of Coaching
Coaching is helping others identify the catalysts to change that move them from where they are to where they wish to be; as a person, on a journey or in facing a particular process or situation they must respond to.
