Alumnus honoured by the Australia China Alumni Association

RMIT alumnus Morry Morgan has been honoured as a finalist in the inaugural Australia China Alumni Association Awards.

Morry was shortlisted for the Austrade Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship for his work as founder of ClarkMorgan Corporate Training and networkhr.com, the most widely read bi-lingual human resources magazine in China.

Announced at a gala dinner in Beijing on Saturday 7 November, the 2009 nominees were an exceptional group of Australian university alumni, notable for their remarkable diversity of careers and experiences as much as for their successes. The Australian Ambassador to China, Dr Geoff Raby, was on hand to congratulate nominees and winners.

The Australia China Alumni Awards 2010 will be held in Shanghai in the Australian Pavilion at World Expo. Nominations will open early in 2010 - check the Association's website for details.
