When you feel guilty at work breathe in for 5 seconds and feel love for your children. Breathe out for 5 seconds and let the guilt go. Then accept where you are and be fully present. Enjoy and accept the now knowing that you are where you are meant to be.If still feels wrong ask what do I need to change for it to fell right?
