Group Coaching for Women

From experience coaching men and women, Lilliana recognised that women experience issues related to responsibility, stress and self-confidence in unique ways —with typically little opportunity to reflect and process. Understanding that women are naturally drawn to sharing and contributing to each other’s development, she devised a programme to strengthen the fundamentals that underpin the capacity for women to be effective and fulfilled in work and life

Working in an intimate group of four, issues can range across the spectrum of life; career, relationships, anger, eating disorders, parenting, aging and much more. The topics emerge from the group itself, and women can discover much about themselves while learning about each other.
