Intuitive and Experienced Corporate and Entrepreneurial Coach With A Strong High-Tech Background
Ms. Blue had a successful and fulfilling career in Silicon Valley which ranged from Human Resources Development and Management Training to Software Design and Integration. Previous to high-technology, she worked for many years in the financial and banking industry. Throughout her careers, she often moonlighted as a start-up consultant and had several small businesses on the side ranging from process flow consulting to independent film-making.
She brings her diverse background to her coaching practice, being able to relate to almost all situations her clients can bring to the table. She works primarily over the telephone, offering convenient appointments that can accomplish a great deal in a 30 minute or 60 minute time slot, one to three times per month. Her intuition contributes greatly to her coaching calls allowing her to hear more than what is being said, providing deep insights for her clients to achieve more in less time. For business clients, she can work onsite and supplement with one-on-one phone support.

Her fees are based on a sliding scale and she is willing to work within any budget. Many of her clients have increased their income/profits substantially, thereby justifying her fees for ongoing, long-term coaching.
My Definition of Coaching
Coaching is a partnership between a client and a coach where both are focused on the development of the client in a manner that is customized for the client's needs and goals.
