I offer 1:1 and group coaching programmes and regularly run free group telephone workshops.

1:1 coaching/mentoring

The coaching journey from session 1 to session 6 can take anything from 3-6 months. Each session lasts approx 1hr 15 mins. After 6 sessions I essentially make myself redundant, you will have developed your own coaching tool kit to carry with you for the rest of your life.

Achieving what you want out of life can be a serious business, but ultimately it is about being happy. Our sessions will be enjoyable, stretching and encouraging, sometimes challenging and very exciting. It will be an emotional journey.

I live in south Manchester with Alan, my husband & my beloved RSPCA rescued dog, Suzie. I have been on my own coaching journey for over 10 years now. In that time I have set up two businesses- www.digfood.co.uk, an organic veg box scheme, (which we have now sold on) and my own coaching business.
I have found what I love doing and I want you to do the same.

I am an environmentalist, I believe that sustainability starts with every individual.
Everyone is unique and we all have something very powerful to bring to this world.
