For many years, Ben has served as a consultant to many non-profit organizations in Southeast Asia, helping them improve their operation processes and empowering their staff to maximize their full potential. Having worked in the corporate world as an outstanding Project Manager, Ben has gained in-depth understanding of organisational issues and concerns. He is able to provide consultation in areas relating to personal development and empowerment, and change management. By offering solutions and advice based objectively on facts, and through using various psychometric assessments, he also works on how best to create an optimal working environment to boost staff’s performance and effectiveness, and help individuals find greater satisfaction in their work.
