About

Andrew Bryant has spent over 25 years working in the field of human performance and is a keenly sought after Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant.

Andrew Bryant is the CEO of Self Leadership International and has coached Senior Executives from around the globe and from many organisations including Singapore Airlines, Credit Suisse, Maersk, Microsoft, Herbert Smith LLP, Phillips, Deutsche Bank and Sentosa Leisure Group, as well as individuals and entrepreneurs running their own businesses. This experience has given him the flexibility to work with different corporate and ethnic cultures.

Andrew uses a cognitive behavioural approach to coaching which enables the executive to step back, get a bigger picture, to clarify their outcomes and increase their awareness of unconscious beliefs, values and motivations. Andrew gives feedback in a direct but non-judgmental way and co-creates, with the executive, new thinking and behaviours required to achieve the desired outcome.

As a Certified Professional Speaker himself, Andrew is often asked to coach on developing presence and presentation skills.

In addition to his rigorously professional approach to the process of executive coaching Andrew likes to add a degree of humour where appropriate.

"Coaching with Andrew Bryant has produced results for me that I had no idea were possible. In 12 months I have grown enormously as an executive: my relations with managers and staff are far more harmonious; I have been able to coach my team through significant personal development; I am more understanding and accepting of my broader responsibilities as a leader; I have much more energy and am able to motivate myself more easily. Most importantly, I have grown my company's revenues and profits significantly since working with Andrew, and I wouldn't hesitate to say that the coaching has played a major part in this result."
- Grant Halloran, CEO and Co-founder of Orbis

My Definition of Coaching

Coaching is like looking in the mirror and having the mirror ask you, "Is this who you are?, is this what you want?, what if you could change? who would you be?, what would you do? how would you feel?" And as you answer these questions, coaching is like having a trusted friend to listen to you support you and give you a swift kick up the butt as you commence your journey.
